We are the Shefford Sirens and are a squad of 10. We are an enthusiastic group whose ages range from 16 to 40. We all have a real passion for Netball and love getting together for training and our matches, many of us are busy working mums who found netball again through the Back to Netball programme. This has given us precious time to focus on something we love to do as well as that much needed exercise each week.

We are improving each week and look forward to playing competitively in the league.
