Originally named Shefford Ladies the team officially formed in September 2015 after taking part in two parents vs staff netball matches at our childrens' lower school. This was shortly followed by us all taking part in a local Back to Netball scheme. The  team is made up of those who have never played netball, those that haven't played since school and those that had played netball, but not for a few years.

We pride ourselves in complying with the Shefford Netball Club ethos, in that we are an all inclusive team and that we still have the same team from when we formed in September 2015. We went into our first season wanting to have fun, wanting it to help us get fit/keep fit, but now we have all caught the netball bug!

The best thing about Shefford Ladies Netball Team is our ability to have fun, whilst remaining competitive and our ability to sniff out a pub on our way home from any netball match!
