WELCOME to the heritage netball academy
We welcome new athletes of all abilities to Heritage Netball Academy
Welcome back to another year of netball. I am pleased to say the club is steadily growing, allowing us to be able to enter more teams within the local junior and youth leagues. Our key aims are still to promote grassroots netball and introduce more youngsters into the netball family.
We are a fun, yet progressive Academy coaching young athletes from Year 5, and guiding them right the way through to the world of adult netball. We combine hard work with an element of fun to create squads competing in various leagues. Equally we encourage players to come along and meet new friends and keep active. We have had some fantastic and encouraging result from our teams in the leagues and our athletes advancing on the netball performance pathway.
Looking forward to the coming season, coaching will be led by myself, Sue Worboys, with assistance from Karen Burton and Jo Hilditch along with other helpers that join us throughout the season. If you are interested, please message me on 07961 428514.

NEW MEMBERS: First session is free.

LOCATION: Stratton Upper School, Eagle Farm Road, Biggleswade, SG18 8JB
COURTS: Outdoor courts will be used throughout the year due to numbers, although there maybe an option to go indoors if the weather is very poor.
TIMES: School Years 4, 5 & 6 - 4.30pm to 5.30pm
School Years 7,8,9,10 & 11 - 5.30pm to 6.30pm

PAYMENT DETAILS: Payable at the start of each term to details can be obtained from the coaching staff.

ENGLAND NETBALL:
All girls are also required to affiliate to England Netball which has a small annual cost. This is done separately online by the individual. www.englandnetball.co.uk/membership

HEJA
The majority of communication is through a team app called Heja which shows training dates, match dates, venues and times as well as general chats. This app is extremely important for managing the teams as it is an easy way to check availability for matches. Once you decide to join we will send you a link to the appropriate group for your team.
